Doing what he does best, Enrique Peña unites the world of traditional slip joint knives with modern, tactical blades in the form of the Peña X Series Spear Point Slipjoint. Here we’re treated to a high-performance production blade done up in custom Peña style – what’s not to love?

Working in special collaboration with Reate Knives (who has more than proven their ability and credentials as one of the foremost knife producers), the Spear Point Slipjoint has all the allure and classic design of the traditional knives we all know and love, but with the unmistakable Peña treatment.

The satin-finished, hollow-ground, Bohler M390 Spearpoint blade shines through with its versatility. Opening is via a subtle nail nick (purists rejoice!) and is smooth as hand-beaten butter owing to the bronze washers and finely-tuned detent.

Built for active duty, the handle scales are made from lightweight G10 which is tough, corrosion-resistant, and virtually indestructible. Adding his Peña magic to the scales, you can choose from a variety of colors and between a smooth or wonderfully textured jigged variant (just as they used to do with bone or horn scales).
