CPPRHD (pronounced Copperhead) is the brainchild or artist and maker, Eugene Medvedev, who works out of Russia and makes some of the most mind-blowing (or jaw-dropping would be more appropriate here) works of functional art.
Known for his iconic EDC lanyard beads (and collaborations with Custom Knife Factory), Eugene extends his unique vision and design language in the creation of the CPPRHD Molar Sculpture – which is just that and so much more.
Cast from solid bronze, the Molar Sculpture is inspired by a wisdom tooth and bears the inscription of “wisdom in the light” and “wisdom in the dark.” And what’s most surprising is the stunning, winged skeleton bee featuring Eugene’s vertebrae motif nestled within the confines of the wisdom tooth (wisdom lies within indeed).
